What happens after I book a call?
You’ll get a focused 30 minute strategy session where we map out:
- The structure your website actually needs
- What’s currently holding back conversions (if you have an existing site)

If during our call we agree we are a good fit, we’ll outline next steps and timelines. If not, you’ll still leave with clear direction.
How do I know which package is right for me?
We’ll guide you on that during the call.

How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects are completed within 2-6 weeks, depending on scope and how quickly we receive content and feedback.
We don’t drag projects out. Your build is scheduled and prioritised from the start.
What do you need from me to get started?
At a minimum we need:
- Your branding (logo, colours if you have them)
- Content (or we can guide you on this)
- Clear direction on your services, products, and/or offer
If you don’t have everything ready, that’s fine. We’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed so nothing stalls.
What is involved with building a website through Anomaly?
Our website project process involves an initial kick-off call/discovery session where we gather all the information about your business.
Then we start the design phase, which provides you with three (3) review rounds to provide feedback.
Once the design is approved the next step is the build, where you will again have three (3) rounds of review.
During this we will also ensure you have the appropriate hosting in place so when final approval is received the website is ready to go live.
Once live, your site is fully yours. We can:
- Provide handover and training
- Offer ongoing support if needed
You’re not dependent on us but we’re available if you want continued support.
What if I don’t like the design?
During the kick-off/discovery session we'll ask a lot of questions to guide the design from the get-go.
There are review rounds built into our process, so you’re not locked into a direction you don’t like.
We design based on strategy, not guesswork. Your feedback is usually refinement of our suggested design, not rework.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes.
We build on WordPress with Elementor, which means:
- You have full ownership
- You can easily update content without a developer
We avoid overly complex custom builds that lock you in.
What are the payment terms?
Our payment terms for website projects is 50% upfront, 25% on design approval, and 25% on build approval paid prior to launching the website online.
Are there any ongoing costs?
To keep your website viewable, you’ll need standard things like:
- Hosting
- Domain
- Optional plugin licenses
We’ll outline all of this clearly upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you provide website hosting, support and maintenance services?
We certainly do. We can host your website to ensure it's always online. Our monthly support and maintenance retainers are costed on an hourly basis and allow us to ensure your website is functioning as it should.
